Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of custom printed items purchased from www.idsignco.com ("Website"). The warranty is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

5. Replacement Policy for Shipping Damage

We take every precaution to ensure your custom signage is packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. In the unfortunate event that your signage arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support team at (801) 748-4750 within 2 business days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the damage and, if confirmed, initiate a replacement process.

6. Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved or your damaged item is eligible for replacement, we will:

Repair or replace the defective or damaged item with an identical or equivalent item, subject to availability.

Cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you, provided the damage occurred during the shipping process.

7. Limitation of Liability
